âď¸ How to use The Lounge vs the Business Class course
You can access The Lounge and the Business Class course by heading to https://communities.kajabi.com/businessclass on both desktop and mobile.
The Lounge is our exclusive online community created just for Business Class members! Inside The Lounge, you can access the course content, connect with fellow entrepreneurs, discuss the course and your progress, attend live events, and receive extra support from the Flight Crew. The Lounge is also where you'll find our library of 80+ hours of interviews with Sophia Amoruso and top industry leaders.
The Business Class course is where youâll find all 7 Flights of the program content, worksheets, all bonus video trainings and guides. Please note that content is released weekly throughout the program, so if you recently enrolled, you may not have access to all 7 Flights right away.Â

đ Where can I find my course materials?
The Business Class course is accessible through The Lounge at https://communities.kajabi.com/businessclass. In the top navigation menu, you'll select Library > The Course.
The Business Class course is where youâll find all 7 Flights of the course content, worksheets, and all bonus video trainings and guides.
Please note that content is released weekly throughout the course, so if you recently enrolled, you may not have access to all 7 Flights right away.Â

How to access your course materials
1. Once youâve logged into The Lounge, select Library > The Course.
2. After you have clicked on Business Class, select your desired Flight. Note that each Flight has multiple Legs to complete.Â
3. Each Leg has a video and its own set of worksheets. Youâll find big buttons for the worksheets for that Leg and transcripts for the videos (see the image below).
In the Boarding Instructions of each Flight, you'll also find a Reading List button. This contains recommended extra-curricular reading that will help you further understand the content for that Flight!
If you're printing the worksheets, be sure to select the Worksheet button under each video so you get all worksheets for each Leg/the entire Flight.
Worksheets can be printed and stored inside our blue Flight Manual or you can fill them out digitally, it's completely up to you! If you are printing your worksheets, be sure to print them double-sided (there are a lot of them).
đť How to fill out the worksheets digitally
First, you'll need to download your worksheets from the Business Class course. To get ALL of the worksheets for each Flight, be sure to click the big worksheets button in EACH Leg (there are multiple).
Once you've opened the worksheet in your browser, you'll see an option to download them. It's the downward arrow symbol circled below.
Once downloaded, you should be able to type directly into them BUT just in case that is not working for you, you can use the annotate function to add text, and even shapes!Â
Press the symbol that looks like a little marker inside a circle near the top right, Â then select the "A" in a box to add text.
Be sure to press save before you exit the document, too!
đ¤ What does the Business Class curriculum cover?
Business Class is fully virtual and the program is split up into 7 Flights (our words for modules). Each Flight contains pre-recorded video lessons and worksheets to get you working on your business in real-time.
The course content is released to you over 10 weeks â you receive 1 Flight weekly, with the exception of 3 Layover Weeks we've built into the program to give you time to digest, catch up, and implement what youâre learning.

Each month, you'll have the opportunity to join us for at least one live call or workshop with Sophia Amoruso, where sheâll be joined by some of the greatest guest entrepreneurs and industry leaders. All live calls are also recorded and posted to Live Replays (under the Library tab at the top navigation menu) for playback in case you canât make it live!
As a friendly reminder, Business Class is self-guided with the exception of the live calls (which are recorded!), so youâre able to take the course at your own pace.
You have access to everything in Business Class and The Lounge for as long as you're a member. We understand that life gets hectic, so if you fall behind or need to deplane for a bit, thatâs OK â weâll be here to support you when you're ready to hop back on board!

đ§ł How to get the most out of The Lounge
Our community in The Lounge was built exclusively for Business Class members to access the course, connect with other members, share their journeys, and find extra support as they go through the program. It's the best place to check in, ask questions, and see what insights the community has to offer!

đŁ What are Flights and Clubs?
On the left menu of The Lounge you'll see Circles, and below that, Home, Flights, and Clubs, which are dropdown menus. Think of Flights and Clubs like Slack channels â where you can have more focused conversations, connect with your peers over a specific subject, and even find an accountability partner!
đ  HOME is where you'll introduce yourself to the community and share your wins, and is where you'll see updates from our Flight Crew.
âď¸ FLIGHTS are where you'll share questions and share your progress as you work through the course content. You'll find that there is a separate Circle for each Flight of Business Class (there are 7 Flights in total)!
đŁď¸ CLUBS are where you can connect with others over and discuss best practices, share insights, and even challenges you're facing in your industry.

Please note that all requests will ultimately be at the discretion of the Flight Crew to ensure that the community is always organized and valuable. The criteria we use to determine whether a Club is created is as follows:

Is there substantial community interest for the formation of the Club?

Is this a Club community members would benefit from now and in the future?

Is this Club unique and not duplicative of an existing Club?
đ How to manage notifications
You can customize which notifications youâre receiving from our community through our desktop site.
Managing notifications
1. To clear any existing notifications, you can click on the bell icon in the top right corner > select the 3 dots > select Mark all as read. OR, you can click on each individual notification.

2. To edit your notification settings, tap your profile icon in the top right corner > Settings.
3. Here you can edit your profile! Select Notifcations.
4. From there, you can customize your notifications! Just toggle the various buttons to set your notifications for the updates you want â there are a few different options! Make sure to hit Save to save your settings.
đŚ How to RSVP and attend our live events
The Lounge is where we host all of our live events: Sophiaâs live calls with industry leaders, our monthly copywriting workshops, and our weekly live co-working sessions.
You can view the full list of live calls by going to the top navigation menu > select Meetups.
*Please note that Live Rooms are only active if a member of our team is hosting one.Â
2. There, you can RSVP, add the event to your personal calendar, and even submit your questions in advance.
What if I canât make the live calls?
Not to worry! All live calls are recorded and posted to Live Replays within The Lounge after the live stream has ended.
To get there, head to Library in the top navigation bar > Live Replays. You'll have access to 80+ hours of past live calls, which we've organized by year.

âď¸ How do I receive feedback on my coursework or business?
To get feedback on your business or if you need more guidance, we encourage you to post in The Lounge in our various Circles, as you have the Flight Crew (and our super supportive community) here to guide you. Please note that all feedback and workshopping is done publicly within The Lounge to foster a learning environment â our shared experiences are what fuels this community!
The Lounge is truly a safe space for members to get vulnerable about their journeys â whether it's a challenge you're facing, questions you need answers to, or a win you want to celebrate. So share often and know that you have support behind you!
To notify the Business Class team, you can tag us in your post or comment by typing @ followed by the memberâs name.
đ§ How do payment plans work?
We currently offer two Business Class payment options:
- VIP Lifetime Access (one single payment)
- Monthly payment plan (four monthly payments)
If you are enrolled with our Payment Plan, your account is automatically charged on the same day you enrolled, every month. The Monthly Payment Plan is a 4-month commitment.Â
If you do need to change your billing date, please email us at [email protected] and we can help you with that!
Please note that per our Terms of Purchase, Payment Plans cannot be paused or canceled.Â
đ§ž What is the refund policy?
Â
All lifetime purchases may cancel within the first 14 days of enrollment for a $99 fee to offset Flight Manual costs (we do not accept returns for Flight Manuals).
Hereâs why:Â When you buy a physical item and return it, the creator is able to recoup the original value of the product. With digital goods (like Business Class), buyers are able to access and consume the entire product, which is extremely high value. To be fair to all members, we are unable to give Business Class away âfreeâ to some after the 14-day deadline, even if they have not logged into the course.Â
There are no refunds after the initial 14-day cancellation period.Â
đ How do I cancel my membership?
If you enrolled in a Monthly Payment Plan, you can cancel any time after the initial 12-month commitment period ends. To cancel your membership, please email [email protected] at least 24 hours before your next automated billing date.
đ Can I get a refund for my payment if I donât log in for an entire month?
After the initial 14-day cancellation period, refunds will not be given regardless of whether the member has logged in to view the content.Â
âď¸ How do I get in touch with the Flight Crew?
For any questions regarding the Business Class program or your business, you can tag us in a post here inside The Lounge (when you are typing a post, use @ to tag us). This will notify us of your post or comment!Â

Unfortunately, there is not an opportunity to meet one-on-one with Sophia at this time, but she hosts live calls with top industry leaders. You have the opportunity to submit questions before the calls, as well as ask questions live.
You are also able to receive continuous support from Sophia, our Flight Crew, and thousands of other founders inside The Lounge!
